Shawn on the other hand came across as if it was more like a chore to "deal with us" for the short time he did. It wasn't until AFTER we already purchased the van that he seemed concerned with me and my wife getting the best customer service possible. Making your potential buyer feel like they are valued goes a long way. Back to Conor. I truly feel like we ended up with the best salesperson in the dealership. We arrived at the dealership mid-morning and Craig was quick to meet us and introduce himself. We told him what we were looking for and he quickly got all three vans ready for us to test drive with our family. There was no pressure or a forced ride along, so we were quickly able to narrow the choice to the van we wanted. Craig helped us get the initial paper work all squared away and got the show to work on a couple of quick maintenance items for us. Steve walked us through the rest of the paperwork and showed us all the options available including financing. He did a nice job without any pressure to pick something that we did not want or need. Buy afternoon we had our Honda Odyssey all set and ready for the ride home. I liked the dealership, and I liked how Craig and Steve handled our situation and family during the process. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will look again at them the next time we purchase a vehicle. More

We took the first exit, not knowing where we were going, and luckily came upon your dealership, at 4:00 on a Saturday. Your service advisor, Cheryl Batease, advised us not to drive the car and arranged for us to get the needed service, even though it was close to your closing. She couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with. She thoroughly explained what was wrong and advised us the problem was covered by our extended warranty.
