Excellent Service Department - WILDE East Towne Honda Today I had my Honda Accord serviced at WILDE East Towne Honda. I had an excellent experience and recommend others to get their car serviced there too. Nick Moderson-Kox was my Service Advisor and he was very polite, customer friendly and listen well to what I wanted to have completed. My car was serviced in less time than expected and everything was done that I requested. Recently my car had been keyed and I asked Nick to give me a cost estimate to see how much it would cost to get it fixed. Nick had Josh look at the scratch (about 4 - 5 inches long) and Josh was able to buff it out. I couldn't be more pleased with Josh's work. Looking at the car you would never know that it had been keyed! A special thank you to Josh for the great job he did fixing the scratch on my car and to Nick who provided me excellent service today. More

Service experience I went in for my first COMPLIMENTARY oil change since buying my 2013 CR-V and also requested a tire rotation. Nick found me a discount/coupon cutting I went in for my first COMPLIMENTARY oil change since buying my 2013 CR-V and also requested a tire rotation. Nick found me a discount/coupon cutting the cost in half without even asking. I got my car back at the time promised and it was clean and ready to go. I am very pleased by the service I got and would definitely recommend Wilde East Towne Honda service to friends and family. Thanks to Nick for all his help it is much appreciated. More

Great car--great price--great customer service!! It never entered my mind to go to a Honda dealership to buy a Toyota Prius until I saw an incredible Wilde Honda Prius on Craigslist. I called the num It never entered my mind to go to a Honda dealership to buy a Toyota Prius until I saw an incredible Wilde Honda Prius on Craigslist. I called the number right away and got a return call a short while later. The dealer told me all about the car that was listed online, and after talking with me for a bit he realized he had another car that might be a better fit. He suggested it to me, and when I heard about the low miles and the price they were asking, I made an appointment to come in the next day. Long story short, my husband and I bought the car a day later. Like I said, I never thought I'd get a Toyota at a Honda dealership, but I'm so glad that we discovered Wilde East Towne Honda! Not only did I get an amazing price on a Prius with incredibly low miles, I also learned all the ways Honda can help me with my "new" car. If I ever have trouble, they can service my Prius. I purchased a maintenance plan, so I never have to wait in line at Woodman's for oil changes again, or go to Sears to have my tires rotated. I also get free car washes for life. It's a one-stop shop, and that's what really impressed me. Service, maintenance, car washes, and excellent customer service...what a find, and all because of a posting on Craigslist--who knew!! More

Very Pleased Shea told me he was relatively new to the auto industry. He has the attitude and knowledge to be god at whatever he choses. I'm not an easy person to please when it comes to sales people. Shea went out of his way to make me comfortable. He was knowledgeable enough to answer all my questions. He is an asset to your sales force. I also encountered Assistant Manager Phil never knew his last name. I called 5 dealerships on Monday morning to lease either a Toyota RAV4 or Honda CR-V. I decided I couldn't make up my mind which I wanted so I gave my business to the first person to respond that morning. It was Phil. The Honda was more expensive. Phil told e he could meet the terms of the Toyota lease that I was quoted and the deal was done. He turned me over to Shea. I was a little skeptical of that but everything worked out great. I'm a very satisfied customer. More
