The short story on Wilde East Town is that it was one of the best buying experiences I have had from a dealership. The longer story ... The employees really make an effort to address your needs and make the purchase process quick and painless. Communications are prompt and exceeded my expectations. I purchased a low mileage Toyota 4Runner (a vehicle I had been trying to find for several months) at only a few hundred dollars above the best price I had run across from private party sellers (sellers that I was unfortunately too late to contact to get the deal). I found the vehicle at Wilde East Town through the internet and liked the no haggle price offered on this vehicle. I knew that it was a fair price assuming the vehicle was as described. The only concern I had was, would the vehicle live up to my expectations on inspection and test drive? I found the vehicle lived up to the "immaculate" description provided over the phone. The vehicle has been great since my purchase 30 days ago. There was only a minor problem -- the rear license plate fell off because the person that fastened it at the dealership used the wrong fasteners. No big deal -- but a detail for them to learn from! This is a relatively new dealership. I believe they are only 2 years old. They are clearly working hard to earn a leading reputation. I would buy from them again. More

Most painless car purchase I have ever had. Shaun, Jose,(Bruno Mars) and Karen were great to work with. We really enjoyed our visit and purchase of our used Ridgeline. I gave a 4 for quality of work because some black putty used to seal a previous topper on the truck was not removed when we visited the first time and the remains of the putty were still there and not cleaned when we came for delivery of the vehicle the next day. Not a big deal to me. I just have to clean it myself. That in no way would change our overall view of Wilde. We definitely will come back here again! More
