This was my first visit to Wilde East Towne Honda. I had identified a vehicle I was interested in on the internet and contacted them to arrange a test drive. They were very prompt and courteous with all co identified a vehicle I was interested in on the internet and contacted them to arrange a test drive. They were very prompt and courteous with all communications. The car was waiting inside (it was COLD that day) when we arrived. I invited our salesman, Sean, to ride with us. Sean did not try to sell during the test drive. He quietly observed and answered any questions we had. We quickly agreed on a price and were out the door fairly quickly. Expensive add-ons (extended warranty, prepaid maintenance, etc.) were offered (and promptly declined) with little to no pressure. While we were waiting for our car to be prepped we were given an extensive tour of their facility. More

Leased a 2013 Honda Civic and did not expect to take the car home the same day we came in, but we did! The staff stayed after 5 pm on New Year's Eve to wrap up the deal which we really appreciated. Looking at used Odyseey. Was told it was sold. Receviced call next day it was available. Drove 4 hours arriving late to dealership and they said it was no problem.
