Silas was amazing, When we showed up for our test drive the car was warmed up and ready to go. He was so helpful and really worked with us and our budget. I cannot say enough positive comments about Troy Ditsworth at Wilde Honda in Madison WI. The hybrid car we went there to see was sold just before getting there, but Troy took A LOT of time to show Ditsworth at Wilde Honda in Madison WI. The hybrid car we went there to see was sold just before getting there, but Troy took A LOT of time to show us a similar one and explained in great detail, in an easy-to-understand fashion, all the features and how to use them. This continued into the test drive. His knowledge of the car and the Honda brand was impressive. Unfortunately we ended up not buying the car due to the mileage (higher than what we were comfortable with), but were are sold on Troy, his depth of knowledge and professional manner in working with customers. And kudos to Wilde Honda for having such a valuable asset. Should we ever be interested in a car again at Wilde Honda we'll certainly ask for Troy. More
