We got to the lease signing appointment and our dealer said hello and someone else would be with us to sign the paperwork. 45 minutes later some jack xxx assistant manager the didn’t even work in finance had me sign everything and instead of copies he gave me flash drive that supposedly had copies on it. I’ll never know because I haven’t owned a PC in years. It turns out that we have some shady finance company that no one has ever heard of. They took one payment then their app locked us out. We called support to get back and made another payment. The app says it’s paid but the money is still in the account. The service department lost our keys for an hour once too. That was a fun afternoon let me tell you. More
