Talk to Coley! That's my advice. I got a flat tire w/o a spare and was stranded for the 1st time ever. I called Wilde East and she saved the day. I wish I could give WILDE East Towne Honda and service advisor Coley Kunitz 10 stars! Last week I was driving from Minnesota to Indiana with my teenage daughter. Earlier that morning, in Minnesota, I ha advisor Coley Kunitz 10 stars! Last week I was driving from Minnesota to Indiana with my teenage daughter. Earlier that morning, in Minnesota, I had put four brand new tires on my car. When we reached Madison for gas we noticed immediately that the car was making a very strange sound. We googled the nearest Honda dealership and found Wilde to be 5 miles away. We called and spoke to an advisor who told us to come over and they would check it out. When we pulled into the service area where we were greeted by Coley Kuntz. She immediately jumped into action seeing that we had a flat tire. We explained our situation and she reassured us that they would find us a new tire and get us safely on our way. Within in minutes she located a tire for us. The shuttle driver drove us to the nearest mall and we waited less than one hour. Coley is professional, kind, and efficient. We continued on our way and felt very grateful to have found Wilde Honda. Only regret, we live in MN and Wilde Honda is in WI. Would definitely recommend Wilde Honda. Thanks Coley! You’re the best!! More

Excellent service department! We were on a long trip taking our son back to college when something went wrong with our vehicle. We were able to limp it into your service department and Coley K. set us u taking our son back to college when something went wrong with our vehicle. We were able to limp it into your service department and Coley K. set us up with a loaner and got our car into service. We were back on the road in less than a 1/2 hour. The problem was taken care of and Coley called me at least 4 times to let me know the status. I wish we lived closer because I wouldn't go anywhere else. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! More
