The dealership I bought my Subaru from in MN always washed and vacuumed my vehicle. Wilde does not. I specifically asked that they do so, cleaned my car out for it, paid $700 in services, and came back washed and vacuumed my vehicle. Wilde does not. Obviously, you are short handed with staff just like every other business, so the only reason I couldn't give the experience a "5" was that I waited for my vehicle from 8:30 - 3:30, to find out it would every other business, so the only reason I couldn't give the experience a "5" was that I waited for my vehicle from 8:30 - 3:30, to find out it wouldn't be ready until around closing that evening.
