Even though I had my mind made up on what I wanted, pretty much before arriving, Matt took the extra time to allow me to look at other comparable vehicles to be sure I was getting what I wanted. Very accommodating from start to finish! Finishing up financing with PJ was just as pleasant. He's very prompt at answering emails, especially with the current Covid-19 restriction; I did not have to wait longer than 2 minutes for responses. Also, he thoroughly showed me how to work the vehicle with all the new bottoms. Tom worked with Ken(finance manager) and Ian(sales manager) to helped expedite our wait time since we were in there for several hours. But the long wait was not their fault since we had a freeze in our credit. This is our second time buying from this dealership; Tom, Ken, and Ian have made this experience much better than the first and have exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend working with them.
