I am upgrading from a 2007 Corolla, and the Rav4 I purchased has a plethora of features and technology I am unfamiliar with. Matt possesses a wealth of knowledge when it comes to cars, and was able to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had. He ensured I left the lot knowing how to properly use the car. He was friendly and kept me updated as I waited for the car to arrive at Wilde. In the finance department, I worked with Charles Clark. He streamlined the process flawlessly, and explained the different warranties and add-ons available; I never felt pressured. More
