If you are looking to buy or lease a new vehicle, choose to call ahead and schedule an appointment with him. You will enjoy the experience from start to finish. Hunter represents what makes his generation so indefatigably hospitable. He has the attitude of a self-aware young man who can admit when he doesn't know the answer to a question, paired with an energetic pursuit of the answers. My wife and I ask more questions than most customers, and I much prefer working with a young sales person like Hunter who is centered by a commitment to the customer, without the baggage of tired tactics and obfuscation. Mr Losch presented a positive affect, a smart sense of humor, and an invigorating can-do attitude. He was quick to seek any answer we needed to be sure about, and he made sure that we interacted with his sales manager when appropriate, even just to be thanked before leaving at all three visits in the process. We've purchased or leased four different vehicles from the Wilde family of dealerships, and referred at least 10 others to do the same. That will continue with renewed vigor after this experience with leasing a new RAV4 Hybrid XLE. We did our homework and test drove Crosstreks, CR-V Hybrids, and Nissan Rogues before finally choosing it. It was worth the months of diligence to be rewarded by trading in our Subaru Outback (a Wilde Subaru purchase) and receiving more than our payoff amount in trade-in value. After quite a few years with Subaru vehicles (seven in our family), with two Toyotas in our vehicle history, we've returned to what is an even better value than Honda or Subaru provided us. Hunter helped us realize our hybrid dreams, and it just happened to work out that we took delivery on Earth Day, which was an excellent bit of serendipity. We already know than when our lease is up that we will buy this car outright, and that we will see the vehicle be worth more than we owe within that three years. Our Subaru lease and a later purchase of a separate vehicle from Wilde helped us to understand how important that the durable value can pay us back later. The RAV4 Hybrid holds value like a Prius, has the customer loyalty of a Subaru, and the best in class features which can compete with Honda at about a $5000 savings. Again, we did our homework. Hunter had to work hard on our behalf. But this young man was a complete pleasure to work with, chat with as the paperwork was drawn up, and interact with from the moment we met him. And, have I said that we did this from start to finish while my wife and I were wearing P100 masks? Yep, we were not put at risk during this pandemic, and we were not made to feel foolish for wearing them. In fact, we had engaging conversations about them with a couple of team members at different points in the process. Wilde is worth your visit. Hunter is worth your introduction. The Toyota reliability and value are with your loyalty, and this dealership knows how to do things right. More

Tommy was knowledgeable about the car I bought, and he even let me take it home for two days to see if I liked it before I bought it. Phil Lo also made the transaction a breeze on the paperwork side. The battery needed to be replaced as it was nine years old, and Tommy did this immediately - at no charge to me. I would definitely work with Tommy and Phil again on another auto purchase.!!! More
