I recently purchased a 2020 Highlander Limited from Charles Clark. He was able to explain all the features of this redesigned vehicle. I love driving this SUV and Charles, "Chic" ,made it very easy to learn all the features that this vehicle offers. Working with him and the Sales Manger, Ian Johnson, we were able to negotiate a great price which was a win-win for all of us. There was no pressure at all.
