Over and Above Car Buying Experience! After buying several vehicles from Wilde, I am happy to report that nothing has changed. I have grown up with my parents purchasing vehicles from this dealership and I will always come to them first when I need a car. The trust and respect that I have for the representatives at Wilde is real and they always take excellent care of me, my family, and friends. Recently, I was in the market for an updated vehicle to drive to work. It was a Sunday night and I was browsing their website, but I was still able to connect with a real person, and he listened to my needs. That same day, I was forwarded to their internet sales coordinator, Shilong Ly, and was able to speak with him directly. I candidly asked what their 'best deal' was and he sent me information on a 2016 Camry. Not only was his choice accurate (the car was listed thousands under market value), but this was the car I ended up purchasing. It was so awesome that Shilong knew exactly what I needed and basically picked out the best fit for me. Shilong personally came to greet me when I made an appointment for a test drive and I immediately felt taken care of. As I completed the test drive and initial stages of the purchase, Shilong made it a point to call me to see how things were progressing once every few days. He was so courteous, genuinely involved with my sale, and called me again when the sale was complete to congratulate me. The sales rep., John Melter was waiting for me when I came to take the initial test drive. His knowledge of the Toyota line was extensive and he patiently helped me make a decision. John was upfront and easy to talk to. The thing that sticks out most for me was after the deal was complete. John personally took care of the delivery and was extremely helpful. Specifically, John had me get into the car and helped me setup the blue tooth connection with the Camry. He went out of his way to ensure that the GPS system was updated with the latest maps. He demonstrated the procedures for using the proxy key and answered all of my questions. It was a pleasure to deal with him; could not have asked for more! Possibly the best part of my experience was with Chris Walczak in finance. He led me to his office to finish the transaction and talk numbers, but this part was far from routine. Chris had more than one financing offer from banks on the table, but he selected the one that saved me the most money. I asked some questions about building my credit and the advice Chris gave was insightful and phenomenal. He gave me an outline on how I could improve my credit score and spent extra time explaining the ins and outs of financing and credit. I appreciate his expert help so tremendously and recognize how down to earth Chris was during the final stages. I am beyond happy with my latest purchase and will continue recommend Wilde Toyota on HWY 100 to everyone I know! More

I am a college student on track to graduate in the next couple months and needed a new vehicle before I moved out of State. From the beginning, my experience with Wilde Toyota was amazing. It started with a phone call to Shilong and he got me set up for an in-person appointment. Shilong was so helpful on the phone. He was able to give me an estimated trade in value for my current vehicle and let me know which vehicles they had in stock. After I got a feel for which vehicle I wanted, Shilong connected me with an incredible salesman, Matthew Winter. Matt was awesome. He didn't beat around the bush and presented me with a straightforward option. He knew a ton about the vehicles and made me feel like I was in good hands the whole time. Matt treated me like family throughout the entire sales process and I am going to continue to recommend him to any friends/family that are interested in a vehicle. We need more people like Matt in this world! My experience with Wilde was amazing. From top to bottom this company is set up for success. The purchase was completed by finishing paperwork with Q and he was great as well. I recommend this dealership 110 thousand percent!!!!!!! So around 4 hours later I was at the dealership closing the deal. I’ve bought many cars in my day, but this was a memorable experience because it was hassle free, and everything I needed was available to me. Awesome Experience! Matthew was an absolute pleasure to work with. When we contacted Wilde for a quote on a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, he worked with his internet sales director Matthew was an absolute pleasure to work with. When we contacted Wilde for a quote on a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, he worked with his internet sales director Rachel Pigo to provide the most competitive quote of all the area Toyota dealerships. He made us feel like we were his most important customers, especially as the safer-at-home orders for COVID-19 went into effect. He proactively reached out to us multiple times to keep us abreast of the situation and personally made sure the car, its detailing, and other considerations were taken care of for a painless purchase. We would not hesitate to work with Matthew again in a heartbeat! We worked with Thom Provost and his sales manager David Volpano on the day we took delivery of the car. Both went above and beyond to help us navigate a delay in financing due to pre-existing fraud alerts we had placed with the major credit bureaus. Because of the fraud alerts, Toyota Financial was required to verify our identities with us personally before the transaction could proceed. As a result of the business challenges from COVID-19, Thom and David were concerned that the verification may have taken longer than normal. They proactively offered us an extended test drive so that we could use the car until the verification came through and we could take delivery. Toyota Financial completed the verification quickly, so we were able to take delivery the same day. Nevertheless, Thom and David offered us proactive solutions for our peculiar situation. Thom's friendliness was exemplary, making us feel like a part of the Wilde family. We would look forward to working with him again as well!
