Jim was great, I was blown away by how nice, laid back and unostentatious everyone was. The truck was just how it had been described before I arrived. This was not the case with many others I looked at elsewhere. Doug the sales manager was friendly and was able to make quick decisions to get the deal done! Chris proved to be very efficient and knowledgeable during the paperwork for the financing. He know I was under a time crunch and was very efficient at completing the necessary forms. The dealership honored my negotiated price we agreed to on-line and offered to get me the color of the car I wanted from another dealer, since they didn't have it on the lot. I ended up choosing an available color I thought I would like more on the long run. I am more than happy with my purchase. The initial process was a little long and I would have liked a little more pro-active approach after I wired the funds for my purchase. Other than that I have no complains. More
