I have never come across a salesman that knew each and every package/option and what they all came with or didnt. He knew what package I would need to go up into for the options I wanted and if I downgraded, he also knew what I would loose. Salesman aren't normally that up-to-date on details like this, without having to go and look it up. Noman answered each and every question I had quickly and accurately. There was never ANY pressure to purchase and when I said I'd return 2 days later he simply gave me his card and let me go w/o trying to rope me inside the dealership. More

First time buyer I went in thinking that it wasn't possible for me to be a first time car buyer with my budget, and credit and all but with Tony and Phil's help they t I went in thinking that it wasn't possible for me to be a first time car buyer with my budget, and credit and all but with Tony and Phil's help they turned something that was not possible in to a possibility for me. We had been to dealers in her area of Ripon, WI Wilde Toyota Scion and Michael Amos gave My Mom and I the best car experience you could ever ask for! We had been to dealers in her area of Ripon, WI but felt we were getting ripped off. We did our homework and we were not going to buy an overpriced vehicle. So I encouraged my Mom to come to the Wilde Toyota Scion in West Allis where they had multiple Chevy Sparks to see at a price we felt much more comfortable with.
