Customer Service was Amazing! We were coming from a MD appointment and my husband said do you want to go "look"! A few hours later we left with a different vehicle. From the get go Brad was friendly and knowledgeable. We chose to drive two different vehicles from their Budget lot. The staff that we dealt with were by far the most accommodating to my husband, as he suffers from major anxiety. We have an Emotional Support Dog and everyone stated what a well behaved dog she was. Not to mention Phil the Finance guy stated "we can do the signing in the show room if Dave was going to be uncomfortable in an office with no windows. He just adapted to make sure he was comfortable. Ok Experience We knew what vehicle we wanted and did our research before we hit the lot. All that was left was a test drive and financing. Nick was friendly and attentive and explained everything well. The finance dept was accommodating of the limited time I had and got me in and out as quickly as possible and got me a great rate. All the staff we encountered was welcoming. A couple of negatives though: 1) We had a trade in we dropped off with a full tank of gas. The car we purchased was on empty and we had to immediately fill up a block away. 2) The 2nd set of keys was apparently missing and we have no received a 2nd pair. If the expectation is to provide 2 sets of keys to all car buyers, that needs to be resolved. A new set of keys with fob will cost upwards of $300. Overall a good experience, but those couple of issues prevented this from being a great experience and ranking anything above average. Good service from here forward would likely impact my rating. More

Nice people to work with We purchased a 1 year old Lexus RX which Wilde Toyota had on their used car lot. We had looked slightly used RX's on line all all over Wisconsin and We purchased a 1 year old Lexus RX which Wilde Toyota had on their used car lot. They were easy to work with and extremely friendly and courteous. Working out the deal was a good experience and both our sales person and the finance person couldn't have been nicer. This is the first time we had dealt with Wilde, and the experience was excellent. More
