He stayed after his work shift, stood out in the pouring rain putting the license plate on my new car and even programmed the Bluetooth and radio stations that I wanted. He also told me that if there were any other questions that came up about the car that he'd be happy to meet me at Wilde and spend some time explaining them. This is really unheard of and I'll definitely make sure to tell my friends about him should they be looking for a new or used car. He even double checked my trade in vehicle to make sure that everything was taken out of it before I left--again, all in the pouring rain. He found a CD in the CD player, an insurance card and even money that must have fallen inbetween the seats. How's that for honesty? Thank you, Jamie! More

Great Salesman I went to Wilde Toyota in mid March looking for a new car. Nick Stern came out and introduced himself. He asked what I was looking for and guided me I went to Wilde Toyota in mid March looking for a new car. Nick Stern came out and introduced himself. He asked what I was looking for and guided me to cars that would fall within my specifications. While I was looking, I told him I was not interested in purchasing a car that day, since this was my first stop looking at cars. Nick was extremely nice and patient. After leaving the lot that day, Nick kept looking for a car that would fit my specifications and e-mailed links to me to look at. Finally, a month after I started looking, I found exactly what I was looking for. Throughout the whole process, Nick was extremely kind, understanding, and patient. He never once pressured me into buying a car, he kept watching for a car I might like and sent links to me, and he was a friendly sales man. I was pleasantly surprised by his style. I was expecting a pushy salesman, but my experience was the opposite. Nick was a fantastic salesman and I had a great experience from the time I stepped on the lot the first time until I picked the car I was going to buy. More

Amazing customer service! I wasn't in the market for a new SUV, but a week ago I was involved in a terrible car accident that destroyed my SUV, but due the safety of my Toyota I wasn't in the market for a new SUV, but a week ago I was involved in a terrible car accident that destroyed my SUV, but due the safety of my Toyota Highlander, I walked away with bumps and bruises. Brad was such a pleasure to work with. He made the whole ordeal of having to buy a new vehicle, (on top of the other stresses of dealing with the other ordeals with this accident) such a breeze.
