I had been looking for a RAV4 on line, and their on-line representative was very helpful, letting me know what was in stock and the price range. She set up an appointment for us with sales person, Kevin Nelson. It was a very good experience and I would recommend Wilde Toyota to any one. The 2 RAV4s we looked at on line, and said we were interested in did not have sun roofs, an option we reeky want in a vehicle. When we looked at them on the lot, with Kevin (He took us right to them), and told him we needed one with a sun roof, he showed us all the Certified Used RAV4s with sun roofs. Were took the one we liked for a test drive and fell in love with it. Kevin was extremely personable and helpful in expediting the financing. Thanks to Kevin's help, we were driving off with our RAV4. The entire transaction, from the time we walked into the showroom until we drove off, lasted less than 2 1/2 hours. Our son is thinking about buying a RAV4, and of he does he will be asking for Kevin. I think Kevin is a great sales person who shows you the vehicles you're interested in and goes the extra mile to ensure that you are satisfied through out the entire transaction. John Morgan (finance) was very good with explaining the paperwork as well as generating a lower APR from that of my local credit union; John did attempt (on two occasions) to sell me an extended warranty package which I politely turned down (this didn't bother me because I realize every dealership has the same process). Chris (finance) verified and discussed the final paperwork before leaving. I would definitely recommend any family and/or friends to Wilde. More

2016 Camry Purchase My wife and I bought a new 2016 Camry XLE. We asked Paul if we could test drive a V6 model first. We did the test drive and then asked to drive the 4 My wife and I bought a new 2016 Camry XLE. We asked Paul if we could test drive a V6 model first. We did the test drive and then asked to drive the 4 cylinder model. Although the V6 had more acceleration we weren't willing to pay the extra money for the V6. We went home to think about buying the car. I phoned Paul several times the next day to work out a price and then we came in to buy the car later that day. Since it was right before the end of the month the dealership was very busy. Paul had 3 couples buying that day and he took very good care of us. We had an issue with the credit rating service not approving our financing at first. We were not going to be able to take the car home that night and would need to come back another day to pick up the car and sign the loan papers. Paul talked with the business office and they decided to manually input the loan information. We were able to take the car home. Paul was with us after the dealership closed because of the credit issue. We would highly recommend working with Paul again. Phil Lo was a joy to work with. He is a very positive person and let us talk through the options. He presented everything in a straightforward manner. Phil was easy to talk with and very organized and made the process easier to complete. More

Follow up to buying a second used-Sienna I have been asked to write a review by Kevin Nelson. I purchased a used Sienna for a business I operate. I picked it out on-line. Kevin was helpful an I have been asked to write a review by Kevin Nelson. I purchased a used Sienna for a business I operate. I picked it out on-line. Kevin was helpful and friendly on the phone and met me at the dealership as we planned. He still was very friendly and helpful as we test drove the mini van. It ran well and I purchased it. After a couple of days at home, it wouldn't start. Kevin suggested I have it jumped and return it for a battery check. Since I didn't have anyone available to jump it, he sent someone to do that. After a couple of hours at the shop, the new battery was installed and it was running well. It has been fine since then. Kevin was accommodating through the process. My opinion of the dealership is; there are many sales people waiting for customers to arrive. A couple were busy with customers. There seem to be many people working behind the counter, yet the wait times for documents, etc. seems to be long. The wait time for the new battery was long, too. Since I took time from work, and hired someone to cover my job, the time was valuable and it was challenging to be patient when it appeared some employees in the back were possibly not working diligently since some customers were waiting on them. I would still use the dealership, but I would allot for several hours to do the process. More
