Nick Stern worked hard to meet my high expectations. I came in for a used car for my daughter. My demands were high and my budget was small. Nick Stern spent the better part of 2 days with me helping I came in for a used car for my daughter. My demands were high and my budget was small. Nick Stern spent the better part of 2 days with me helping me to find the right car at the right price. He stayed late, he skipped lunch. he did everything in his power to make the sale happen. I was frustrated at the negotiating style used by this dealership but that was not Nick's fault. He made the situation as good as he could. I then worked with Chris Walczak in the finance department. I told him what finance rate I wanted, and what I could afford for my monthly payments. He called around and made it happen. He is a personable man who expediated the process as much as possible. I was disappointed that I could not get a warranty with the car. Hopefully Wilde only sells reputable cars and this will be a nonissue. More
