He displayed excellent knowledge of the car we wanted, was very patient with our questions, did not in any way rush us to decision and really went the extra mile in getting us the kind of vehicle we wanted even though it was not the standard vehicle normally available in this area. This was my first Toyota car ever! in all my friends circle too. And I am extremely happy with my experience at this dealership. Only concern was with the finance dept. after couple hours of getting financial clearing from credit dept. they told me that because the address on my license is different than my current one, I need to provide a utility bill, and this is normal if the address does not match. If they would have informed me that ahead of time, I would've been carrying that when I first visited them. It just involved a round trip next day, but other than that the sales person rating stays 5/5! Great guy! More
