We stopped by the lot on a Sunday just to look around and also checked out their website to see what was available that matched what we wanted. We didn't see anything so we visited a few other nearby dealerships to see what was out there. Early in the week, we placed a call to Kevin to let him know we were looking and some rough parameters of what we were looking for. It was no big surprise when he told us they didn't have anything, but would keep his eye out for us. By Monday morning, we received a phone call telling us a few vehicles had come in on Saturday that we might be interested in. We paid Kevin a visit after work and by the time we left the lot, had put down a deposit on a vehicle we loved that also fit our budget. More

When we returned, he asked me what I thought about that car?? I liked it a lot, I knew I was sold on a RAV4, but little did I expect him to work so diligently at getting me the vehicle I test drove for a payment difference of $10.00. I love this vehicle. Chris was very funny and help me receive a good experience as well. But I do recommend that the supervisors watch out for how the sales people treat the new people. I found one salesman in particular named Jamie Shay REALLY RUDE to one of the new employees. I get it people make mistakes but you shouldn't disrespect them. I felt him very unprofessional when he was being rude to the employee in front of me, I almost took my business elsewhere, but Renee and Nick made it worth the stay, thank you guys! More
