Lied to by the financial manager We were lied to about the costs of the service packages by the financial manager. After multiple trips back to the dealership we were presented with We were lied to about the costs of the service packages by the financial manager. After multiple trips back to the dealership we were presented with poor options to fix the mistakes of a dishonest employee. Our salesman Nick was great with us and very helpful, but unfortunately our experience was ruined by the shady practices of the finance department. There are multiple Toyota dealers in the area so if your interested in that kind of car take your business elsewhere and hopefully you will be treated with respect. More
