Wilde Toyota didn't have the one we wanted but had our second choice. John Morgan let us take a few out on test drives and talked to us about different options we had with each car. We decided to go home and thing about it. The next morning, Wilde Toyta had the exact car we were looking at, with 14000 miles lower and at a great price! We took the car on an extended test drive and knew it was for us. We could not be more happier. John is personable, friendly and doesn't beat around the bush. Will buy from him again! More

Great Help I just bought my first car here and worked with Kevin. He was awesome! I was interested in the car, so he said that he would replace the battery and get the brakes looked at, which he did. I test drove it again and everything was fixed, but I just wasn't liking the car. I saw an '11 Mazda 3 on the lot and test drove that and absolutely loved it and bought it with Kevin. He even let me take it overnight, which was a nice plus. He is very accommodating and easy to talk to. He made my first car buying experience a great one. THANK YOU! More

I started out my day of car shopping at a different Toyota dealer, only to leave shortly after getting there because of a rude, disinterested, unhelpf I started out my day of car shopping at a different Toyota dealer, only to leave shortly after getting there because of a rude, disinterested, unhelpful salesman. At the suggestion of my brother, I then went to see Jeff at Wilde. Although it was a long day (I don't make decisions easily), Jeff made the experience as painless as possible. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. He was very patient throughout the transaction, and even helped me decide on a color. Jeff also assisted this technologically inept dinosaur with Bluetooth features in the car! I have been recommending Jeff to everyone I know who may be in the market for a car. I ended up buying a 2007 Toyota Yaris for a reasonable price. I have only been driving it around for about a week now and I have not found any problems yet. Improper handling of sensitive material A year ago, Itraded in my old Avalon for a Scion with Wilde. I received new plates with the new car. Last week, I received a phone call from Madison P A year ago, Itraded in my old Avalon for a Scion with Wilde. I received new plates with the new car. Last week, I received a phone call from Madison Police Department that my old license plate (somehow still registered in my name) was involved in a crime, thus implicating me. I called Wilde to inquire of their standards with trade in cars with license plates and they stated "Well we are supposed to destroy them, but apparently that didn't happen. You need to call the DMV now and fix it". The dealership did not offer to correct the mess they had made, and simply told me I had to fix their issue myself, on a car that is no longer registered in my name, that I've not had for over a year. Unfortunately, the irresponsible handling of sensitive material like license plates and the lack of follow-through really makes this a terrible, untrustworthy dealership. Do you want to be implicated in a crime you didn't commit? You know Milwaukee. Hit and runs, drive by shootings --- could be your license plate next. Just a mess I shouldn't be involved in, and an epic failure on the part of Wilde Toyota. While I understand that mistakes happen, I find their lack of follow-through or customer service, or even concern illustrates how unprofessional and sheisty this dealership is. More
