When we called initially to inquire makes/models available in our range, Ron Gartner from the Internet Department was very friendly and helpful, assuring us that we had plenty of viable options that might fit what we're looking for. Our Sales Consultant, Dustin Rhadans, really went the extra mile to assure that we had options that fit our needs. He "met us where we were at" with the decision and did not try to push anything unnecessary on us. He showed sincerity, kindness, and genuine care about what was right for my fiance' and I. We felt like people, not just a random random customers. We first looked at a few options on the computer; he then went and brought each and every car around so we could examine and test drive if we wished. Our Finance help, Phil Lo, was just as awesome, He made the most stressful part of any purchase very easy, explained information thoroughly without making me feel uneducated. I would recommend a visit to Wilde Toyota for a new or used purchase. The two people we worked with specifically made the experience enjoyable, easy, and fun. More
