If you are in the market looking for a vehicle, I would highly recommend Dillon Hess. I reside out of state and could not stop by to inspect the truck. Dillon made sure all my questions were answered, was in constant contact with me either by phone/email. No pressure, no hassle. He had the vehicle put on a lift and emailed photos of the underside for me. Outstanding customer service experience. I missed the opportunity to purchase the truck, I took to long in "Thinking About It" and someone else purchased the truck. A decision I am regretting..... Do yourself a favor, call Dillon, buy the car. Someone else is always around the corner looking at the same vehicle. More

This dealership would not cooperate in any way with our financing organization. I had to fight to buy this car. One guy called my son and I " idiots"and of course denied it (but we heard him). In my lifetime I have purchased or leased over 25 cars...and not once have I ever been treated so poorly or had such a horrible experience. It was the perfect car for us - so I hung in there...but I cannot imagine any reason to ever return. THE ONLY GOOD PART ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE WAS LUIS VALDEZ. Thank you Luis for keeping me calm and for working so patiently with us to find the right car. Your used car finance guy should have you teach him what it means to be customer-focused. More

Fabulous salesman! I came into Toyota not knowing what to get, and was surprised by the tremendous help that was given to me! I recently totaled my car a few days prior I came into Toyota not knowing what to get, and was surprised by the tremendous help that was given to me! I recently totaled my car a few days prior and walking into the dealership I thought it was going to be a complete headache because I didn't know what I was looking for. Jeff Fuch's was the friendliest, and most helpful salesman I have ever dealt with when shopping for a new car. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. The service he gave to my fiancé and I was absolutely amazing. I felt right at home talking to him, Jeff talked to me like I was a human and didn't talk to me with money symbols in his eyes! Jeff gave me his full attention and the service he gave to us was not expected but greatly appreciated throughout my whole journey of shopping. He is truly a great guy to work with and chat with!
