happy customer my experience was good at Wilde Toyota Scion my salesperson was Rob Davis I would recommend him I came from sturgeon bay wi I originally came to look my experience was good at Wilde Toyota Scion my salesperson was Rob Davis I would recommend him I came from sturgeon bay wi I originally came to look at a car they had on craigslist it was a 2008 impala with 90,000 miles on it roughly when I arrived there he told me about to more impals he had on the lot I took the one I came down to look at for a test drive when I arrived back at the dealership he had the other 2 waiting there running 4 me 2 take 4 a drive.to make a long story short I m glad he did that becauce I was not interested in the original car I went down 2 see I ended up buying a 2010 impala with 47,000 miles on it and he worked on it to get me the price. I wanted 4 a monthly payment he was very nice and took good care of me. his daughter had a Christmas concert the he did not attend just to make sure I was taken care of that is a dedicated salesperson I had said to him he should family is important. he told me so are you and im not going until this car is in your hands on Christmas day I recived a text from Rob wishing me a merry Christmas and asking how the the was doing I will go back there again when in need of a car or truck and the salesperson I will deal with is Rob Davis. before I left that day he told me if I get so much as a scratch in the car in the next 30 days call him he will take care of it at no charge to me my name is Bruce Hafeman and like I said I came from Sturgeon Bay and will come back. I also want to add I got a full tank of gas with the car and I never had a salesman text me and wish me merry Christmas and ask how the car is doing. I asked him 4 his business cards so I could hand them out to friends that are looking 4 cars he gave me a hand full I will be handing them out if I can get 1 person down by him 2 buy a car from him I will be happy More

very rude and lied to I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They are rude we sat there for 3 hours with 2 little girls while the salesman wonder around doing dif I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I even had to hand my credit app to the finance guy as he left all our information right in the open on his desk.. Yes ss and all . 2nd was told that they would call us back in the morning. xxxx no that was a lie I had to call them 3 times. I understand that we may have credit issues but why blow us off. 3rd then they were supposed to run it with my wife's credit only and they ran it with both. 4th as we were sitting there other salesmen were throwing xxxxx around and celebrating there car sales while my wife and I were looking for a safe car for my family. The funny part was is they then told me that I couldn't buy the car because of my wife's credit so they sold it to someone else after we put money dow . The best part is I went to Boucher Chevrolet and was treated great and bought the exact truck but different color for less with less miles and I paid CASH. and I own a remodeling company all they had to do was be straight forwar . Best Car that i ever had I came from India to work temporarily in US and this is my first car in country.
