Len was friendly and helpful. I just purchased a used Ford Focus from Wilde. I had an appointment with (Len) Leonid to look at a particular car the was advertised. When I got there I just purchased a used Ford Focus from Wilde. I had an appointment with (Len) Leonid to look at a particular car the was advertised. When I got there the car was warmed up and waiting so I was able to take it for a test drive right away. The whole process including a fairly long test drive took less than two hours and no hassles. The price advertised was the price I paid. Len waited with me while the DMV work was taken care of and I felt I was treated with respect throughout. (As a retired widow, I have had other places try to take advantage of me, but Wilde was great.) More

When we were ready to buy we went to Wilde and met with Jamie, he was super easy to talk to, we told him exactly what vehicle we wanted, and he didn't try talking us into something that we didn't want, or make us test drive a million other vehicles like other dealerships we had tried. No back and forth BS over pricing, everything was cut and dry, and he let us sit and talk it over by ourselves for as long as we needed and didn't hover over us and make it feel like we needed to go home with something or tell him every little thing we were discussing so that he could "help" us make a decision, he didn't try to make us feel stupid when we asked questions, like people at other dealerships had. We did end up taking home the car we came to look at and Jamie even filled up the gas tank for us before we left, ( I tried getting another dealership to do that when I bought my F-150, and they laughed at me, there was less than 1/4 tank of gas in it.) Over all great experience at Wilde Toyota, would definitely buy again from there! Specifically from Jamie! :D More

Our salesman, Max Kramer, was a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable. We looked at the Highlander and two trim levels of the 2015 Sienna. Max showed us all the features, and made the exploration process fun. It turns out the Sienna XLE was the one three row vehicle without feature, room, or quality compromise for our family (nice job Toyota on the interior quality and tech upgrades for 2015). Max and John McNelis, the sales manager, made the negotiation and paperwork process go smooth and painlessly.
