The car we were initially interested in had already been sold, so Jeff recommended a different car based on information that we provided him. Throughout our experience at Wilde, Jeff was extremely patient, knowledgeable, answered all our questions(and there were many), and took extra time to pay attention to little details that made a big difference in our car buying experience and making it a positive one. The service department was also very pleasant to work with and talk to. Overall, everyone was very friendly and we had a great experience. We will certainly return to Wilde in the future. More

We were not impressed by the cleanliness of the vehicle though - stuff all over the floor, seats, etc. Even after cleaning it a second time, it was still pretty dirty. When we had agreed on a price they actually ended up charging us about $60 more. It wasn't till we re clarified that they brought it back down to what we had initially agreed upon. If I had not double checked, I don't think I would have noticed though. Overall, we would recommend buying a car from here because they also just have a very good selection or reasonably priced vehicles. More

Super nice guy, got me the price I wanted, went above and beyond and got it done. If you must buy a car here and you're looking used, try and get him! He's great. I can say that I gave going to them for regular check-ups and maintenance a shot, but I will never be going through the trouble of driving to their West Allis location again. I live in MKE proper, so it is a hike, and for lackluster service. Lets put it this way - you schedule an APPOINTMENT to maximize the efficiency of your time, right? Well, not at Wilde. You schedule a time slot for an "express lube" and tire rotation and it takes 2 hours and 45 minutes. You get to sit in a dingy waiting room filled with pissed off looking employees and customers, while listening to shrieking children and plastic surgery infomercials. A special kind of xxxx. Kiss your valuable time goodbye or just go to Scrub-A-Dub and have it done in 20 minutes. Either way, you get a complimentary car wash. I also pointed out (ahead of time) on no less than two occasions to them that my right-rear tire was losing pressure, and had been doing so since the night I got the car (I had turned around before I even left their lot to have it filled.). It was not my fault and I expected it to be fixed on them. It had been needing air once every week and a half or so, and through process of elimination and use of a tire gauge, I determined the source. I expressed to them that I felt this was their responsibility since the car was having the problem before I even had the keys handed to me. But this is a big dealership, high volume we're talking about here, so you know where this is going... dodged responsibility. I paid the $35 to have the small hole in the tire repaired. They didn't even acknowledge that I called them out on it twice. Would I normally fuss over a small fee? No, not if it was my fault. But it wasn't, and a moral compass comes into play. I get the sense that you aren't getting much with your warranties with them, I'm sure they'd find a way out of incurring any costs on repairs. I might buy a car here if I had to, but I'll stick to having my trusted and fair mechanic do work on my car even if it means voiding a "warranty." More

He showed me the car I was looking for and didn't pressure me into anything. This was my first time buying a car from a dealer and we all have a preconception of what the experience could be like. I was very happy that I didn't feel pressured or taken advantage of in any way. He is a great person to work with and I felt comfortable the entire time. Everyone was very personable and all my interactions were truly enjoyable. Obviously it's the nature of the sales business but they really seemed to care. David made our conversations convenient and worked with my schedule. Brett Boman in the contract processing/warrantee sales was also an absolute pleasure to work with! Great at what he does and made additional coverage make sense. I sincerely mean it when I recommend these two; ask for them, you won't be disappointed. I wasn't recommended to Wilde so this great experience was unexpected and a pleasant surprise. The pricing is fair. Competitive in the market and reasonable. Clearly since I purchased there I didn't feel terribly "ripped-off," especially considering the car I walked away with. Again, I'm very pleased and recommend Wilde as a dealership as well as David & Brett both as individuals and as salespeople. Great job guys! See you when we're ready for another car :-) More
