The CD player would not accept CDs when we bought it but Jamie remedied that situation by having the Wilde service department acquire and install an identical unit for no cost. Not to worry Jamie said we can do a "locate" for you at no additional cost! I was shocked that this kind of service was even available for my picky needs! Well it took a little searching and in the meantime the monthly incentives ran out..the deal was off. New intensives came out for the month and did not change so search was on and fairly quickly the deal was back on. I joked with Jamie he earned his commission on me! Great experience I walked in looking for a car for my 16 year old. Gave the salesman - Tommy Haynes, what I was looking for in a used car and price. He was very open I walked in looking for a car for my 16 year old. Gave the salesman - Tommy Haynes, what I was looking for in a used car and price. He was very open and honest. He showed me both within my price range and before showing me outside that range let me know he was doing that and why. The deal was negotiated very quickly and satisfactorily. He answered my questions even after the deal was 'done' - he didn't disappear like some salesmen. When I brought my son in to get the car, Tommy took the time to go over the car with him as he would be the driver even though he had already done this with me. Tommy definitely went the extra mile. The least engaging part of the visit was the finance person whom was takign payment for the car. The paperwork was done efficiently and correctly but he was very hurried and didn't even really speak to myself or my son - except to show us where to sign papers. More

The search was over but with speedbumps... I have wanted a new body style silverado crew or extd cab in dark blue for a while now. I live more then an hour away in IL. but found this nice truck on autotrader at a good price so i took a trip up there with my girlfriend and then i met Tom Worm. I have alot of dealership background and experience and id like to say there are alot of snake salesmen out there and Tom is the complete opposite. He was quite the pleasure to work with. Then there is the rest of the staff..... I drove an hour+ to see the truck i wanted we somewhat came to a number for my trade in and i wanted to go forward with the purchase / trade in. Needless to say finance didnt take a second look at me and basically said we cant get you 72 months so have a nice day...... It was almost as if they were to busy with whatever else they were doing to make ONE PHONE CALL to my current loan provider and see if there is anything they could do. So i leave drive all the way back home call Tom and see if they could figure something out. Tom went above and beyond but finance said no your out of luck sorry. So me the determined person I am made that ONE PHONE CALL to my current loan company they said thats no problem at all they can do 72 months without batting an eye. Needless to say i called Mr. Worm back got it all setup and had to drive back up there again trade my car in and pickup my new silverado! Needless to say not to fond of the dealerships effort to make a deal happen nor even put any gas in the truck or offer me a gas card after just spending 20k on a truck but glad i strolled upon Mr. Worm he was one of the better salesman i have ever delt with.
