Wilde Toyota

About a month ago I bought a 2010 Toyota 4Runner & Brad helped me out then. After a month of having the 4Runner the vehicle just didn't fit my needs. So I traded it in for a 2010 Toyota Tacoma & Bra Brad helped me out then. After a month of having the 4Runner the vehicle just didn't fit my needs. So I traded it in for a 2010 Toyota Tacoma & Brad helped me then as well. Even though I lost some money on the deal Brad did his very best so I wouldn't lose a lot of money. Looking at the truck I noticed it had only two tie downs in the bed. Brad said he would order another two tie downs & have them installed at NO CHARGE. Now that's customer service :-) There's not many car sales people you can trust but Brad is definitely one of them. Not pushy at all. I gave all 5's because the service & experience I had was indeed worth a 5 out of 5. More

We found the car we wanted to look at and test drive online and called to make sure it was still on the lot at Wild Toyota. It was, and we went to see it the following morning. We were introduced to Brad Walder, and he made the whole experience of buying a car very easy - compared to what we went through at EVS a couple of nights before that. Brad was very calm and listened to us, instead of trying to get us to spend a higher amount than what we could afford. It was also nice talking to Brad on a personal level, and not just listening to him try to make a sale. I could tell that he was on our side and wanted us to get the best deal. What's also nice about Wilde Toyota on a whole, is that we were not bombarded by salesmen as soon as we walked in the front door. Yes - we were greeted, but we were given our space to look around first and then find the right salesman. We did find a couple of things that needed fixing on the car, and Brad was very accommodating to make sure that the issues would get taken care of. He had a windshield guy come to our house to fix a couple of nicks, instead of me having to go back to the dealership. That's customer service! The other problem with the wiper fluid seems to have worked itself out. I am very happy with my new car, and we are very happy with the service we received at Wilde Toyota! I was very happy with my purchase of a 2010 Toyota Corolla at Wilde. This was my first major car purchase from a dealership, and Rob Davis did a very nice job figuring out what my needs were. He was very friendly and polite the whole time, I felt very at ease with him. Once he had a general idea of what I was looking for, he showed me several vehicles. He made sure that we were comfortable by offering us beverages and heating up the cars before I went to test drive. He took the time to carefully answer all of my questions, telling me the pros and cons of the different vehicles I looked at. I never felt pressured by him. Once he answered all of my questions, he even gave us some time to talk over our decision in private. I was also treated well by the man who set up my financing, although I don't remember his name. He just laid out some options for me and let me choose what I thought was best. My only negative experience was that the financing manager came over and seemed offended that I didn't accept any additional coverage to my warranty and I felt that he was pressuring me to buy it. I found this completely opposite of how Rob and the other financing man treated me. Overall, the employees at Wilde did a very nice job finding me exactly what I wanted and for a good price. I would come back to Wilde in the future and recommend Wilde to my family and friends. More

Robbie Rouse is not only a great salesman but a great person who puts customer satisfaction over the sale of a car. He'd rather have you walk away without making a sale than have you drive away in a car person who puts customer satisfaction over the sale of a car. Other dealers I dealt with over the couple days I was looking for a car really bothered me in the way they kept pushing cars towards me that I didn't want or have any interest in. Robbie found the perfect car for me off the bat, and although I wasn't sure about it at first, he didn't push me to buy it. He instead showed me other options that were almost as good and even pulled up a few cars for me to test drive. All in all, I was really happy with his help. I called him about finding someone to install remote start and he found me someone who could help me with that. While finalizing the car deal, it started snowing pretty bad and Robbie not only cleaned off the car I was buying but he even cleaned off the rental I was driving. Excellent car salesman and excellent customer service. I'll be calling him next time I need to buy a car. I think everyone should call him if they need a car. More

My husband and I just purchased our third car from Rob Davis. He is the best of the best. I wasn't sure what I wanted, and he had about 8 cars for me to try.
