As a 23 year old college graduated, I needed a car I could depend on and fast. The website was easy to navigate for finding exactly what I had in mind: a 2001 Toyota Camry, almost like the 1997 I used t could depend on and fast. The website was easy to navigate for finding exactly what I had in mind: a 2001 Toyota Camry, almost like the 1997 I used to have before loosing it in a frightening accident caused by the glorious Wisconsin weather. I came out with my dad and was greeted immediately and helped right away. They knew I was looking at the used Camry, brought around the car and gave me the keys for a test drive. After checking out the car, Jamie got us a great deal and I was able to take it home that same day! I'm proud to have a car that drives smooth, up to date on wisconsin safely regulations, doesn't need major maintenance and new tie rods every month, doesn't have the "check engine" light always on, And has a good spare -- just in case (unlike the 1996 neon plymouth I drove for two years...) I've alway's trusted Toyota's and I can finally relax to have a Camry back in my life <3 More

And this was not only the reason why I'm recommending Jamie, When I went to pick up my car, I found out how cool and very down to earth Jamie was. It was around 6pm and Jamie walked up to me filled with energy and excitement-like he was the one that was getting ready to pick up his first car. My experience with Wilde Toyota was absolutely horrible. I purchased a 2011 Toyota Tacoma from them. I had a 2001 Tacoma as a trade-in. They appraised it and my sales person Robbie Rouse came out to tell me I purchased a 2011 Toyota Tacoma from them. I had a 2001 Tacoma as a trade-in. They appraised it and my sales person Robbie Rouse came out to tell me they could only give me $4000 for my truck because the frame was rotted out and the truck was unsafe to drive. I asked him what they would do with the truck and he said there was no way they could sell it because of the frame so it would have to be auctioned off and would end up being shipped to a third world country. I foolishly believed him and instead of keeping the truck and selling it on my own as I had originally planned I let Wild take it as trade-in. I couldn't believe what I saw only a couple days later when my truck was list on their site for $11,000. I pretended to be someone else and gave Wild a call pretending to be an interested buyer. I enquired about the condition of the frame and was told it was in great shape. The other things I was told by Robbie were wrong with the vehicle were also fine all of a sudden. I then called the manager Randy Dunn to express my incredible anger at being flat out lied to by their salesperson. This is no way to treat a customer who spends almost $30K on a new vehicle. After several phone calls with Randy I was only offered a free oil change. I will never do business with Wilde again and would advise any other potential customers to avoid their deceptive, dishonest sales techniques as well. More
