My husband and I bought an 08 jeep patriot from wilde Toyota a little over a year ago. We arrived and Jamie introduced himself and handed us the keys to the jeep to go for a test drive. We loved the jeep and after returning we sat down and talked about payments. It was a busy Saturday and he shared he was with other clients than us which was fine but he was constantly back and forth. We were there for about 3 hours which I wasn't sure was typical or not but he shared that he usually doesn't take this long with clients and that he's passing up other clients. It wasn't like we wanted to be there for that long anyways. Which we noticed the people around us were there just as long so it's not a quick process. We then had had a man(whose name I can't remember)come work out our payments for our loan. To best describe this, he brought us a paper where my husband had wrote his signature on for the payment we wanted, but this man then wrote a new payment which was far above what we wanted and said my husband signed off on it. Obviously he didn't. Really felt at that point they were trying to pull the wool over our eyes. Maybe he was confused but who knows. We finally got to the last financial guy who tries to sell the warranties(whose name I can't remember). We had already agreed we weren't going to buy one but we patiently listened to him give his whole spiel and politely declined. But he didn't stop at that, he kept going down in price and to him he seemed to have thought he got it down low enough and when We still said no, he said aloud " it doesn't make sense to me." At this point my husband was about to say screw it. But to top off the day, Jamie felt like sharing how much him and his wife make which is a lot more than we make. Felt very offended and was extremely unprofessional. We would never go back or recommend anyone. More
First off I can't stand the headache of shopping for a new car, and I found that it takes me 7-9 months before I pull the trigger. I had been to Wilde Toyota a few times surveying the lot trying to find m new car, and I found that it takes me 7-9 months before I pull the trigger. I had been to Wilde Toyota a few times surveying the lot trying to find my new set of wheels, in January we purchased a wonderful 06' Xterra from this place. So I was definitely going back to see what else they had to offer. I had met a few salesman and I love the no pressure sales approch I recieved. I also like the fact that you can test drive any of their vehicles without someone right next to you talking your ear off about features that your not interested in....... Which brings me to Jamie Shay, never before have I worked with a salesman that was as energetic, down to earth, and yet RELATABLE. Jamie is a multi-tasker that can also stay on task, he helped to fascilitate a fair deal on a really nice 06' Frontier for me, he took personal time to help me and provided me with everything that I asked. Between Jamie instilling confidence in my purchase, and providing me with a fair deal I wasn't left with the feeling of being taking advantage of when I drove from the parking lot. Of course I will have to shop for vehicles in the future so Jamie and Wilde Toyota will be the first 2 things that will come to mind. Thanks for making it easier.... Jeremiah Bradley More

He arranged an extended test drive that allowed us to really feel confident about the condition of the vehicle and our interest in purchasing it. Robbie is a straight shooter and he earned our trust through frank and professional communication. Robbie is also extremely personable and was able to make the whole car-buying experience a truly enjoyable event. It's great to drive off in your new car with a smile on your face and the feeling that you made a good decision on a fair deal. Although there are many dealerships between my home and Wilde Toyota (over 60 miles), I'll be doing business with Robbie Rouse the next time I need to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

This was the second time that I have bought a used vehicle from Wilde. The first time I was not very happy with the salesman that I had (no longer works at Wilde) but loved the car (G6) and wasn't lea vehicle from Wilde. Then this past weekend my wifes van decided it had lived long enough and it was time to try to find a more reliable car. After looking at many dealerships in the area I was brought back to Wilde because of the selection and fair prices. When we pulled in we met Jamie as we got out of the car...he kept his distance so not to pressure us and let us come to him. We asked to test a few cars we saw online and after those we asked if there were any others he suggested...that ended up being the best car on the used lot (my opinion!). We told Jamie what we could afford and he made it happen. He was very upbeat and personable and kept us at ease in financing another vehicle. I couldn't say anything negative about Jamie...I really wished more salesman had his attitude that its about the customer and not his pocket book! I gave Jamie all 5's because they didn't have an option to give him 10's! I will recommend him to my family members as some are looking to upgrade as well!
