Bill Grunert did a fabulous job, in selling me my 2012 Rav4! I came into Wilde to look and possibly consider buying a Rav. I told Bill what I was looking to pay, he didn't use any high pressure tactics and I drove off with the Rav, the same day. I have been to other Toyota dealers, in the area, and have not had as pleasant of an experience. I have always been pleased with Wilde Toyota Sales & Service. The finance department is also very good. They explained everything, so I could understand and make knowledgeable decisions. I worked with Clay to buy my Carolla back in 2009. He was very intimidating and down right abusive and lied to me several times. He claimed that the manufacturer rebate from Toyota that was offered at the ti very intimidating and down right abusive and lied to me several times. He claimed that the manufacturer rebate from Toyota that was offered at the time ($1,000) came out of Wilde's pocket. He told me that if we are to continue negotiating and for him to give me a quote that I should guarantee that I will come back and buy the car from him and not go to another dealer because he didnt want the time he spent on me to be a waste. Not to mention most of that time he was on the offensive and more like a waste of time for me. He spoke like he was the one paying for the car and not me. I sent a written complaint to Wilde and no one ever got back to me let alone acknowledging the receipt of the complaint. More
