Phil Lo is hands down one of the best salesman I've ever worked with. It's not uncommon for us to have this stereotype of car salesmen. The stereotype is that they're pushy, aggressive, out to make money, e worked with. It's not uncommon for us to have this stereotype of car salesmen. We had a new addition to our family with now two kids and it was time to be part of the Minivan Man Club so there was no other option for me but to contact Phil. Phi has a gift in being a very likable person who listened to our needs and met them. He was able to tell us which van would best fit and accommodate our needs as a family of 4...and more to come. Along with having top notch salesmen like Phil Lo at Wilde Toyota, the name Toyota speaks for itself. It's dependability, style and performance is what keeps Toyota in front of other car manufacturers. Thanks Phil! You got us an amazing deal on our 2004 Toyota Sienna XLE! Purchased a vehicle from Wilde Toyota on Hwy 100. When test driving the vehicle, it needed to be jump started because "someone left the light on" Before my first car payment is even due, test driving the vehicle, it needed to be jump started because "someone left the light on" Before my first car payment is even due, it's in the dealership for a "junk battery" Called Wilde Toyota being it is apparent they sold me a vehicle with a bad battery. Even though I purchased the car only a month ago...first payment hasn't even been made AND they acknowledge that the vehicle needed a jump when purchased, they refuse to cover the battery. I have a hard time understanding Wilde Toyota's unwillingness to right this situation. For minimal cost (what?? $50) they would have had a pleased and willing to return customer. Not only will I not return to the dealership, I have also voiced my displeasure with family and friends and shared my displeasure with social networking sites. I am relatively certain that Wilde Toyota will have lost FAR more than the mere cost of a car battery by refusing to stand by the products they sell. I'd like to add that both the Chrysler service dept. and the battery shop stated that the battery was SULFATED; therefore, the battery was inarguably a faulty battery upon purchase. UPDATE: Wilde Toyota agreed to reimburse me for the cost of replacing the battery and offered a sincere apology. More

What can I say about the experience I had at Wilde Toyota and with car salesman, Rob Davis, it was the worse experience I have ever gone through.I have never had a car salesman or any sale rep. raise their v and with car salesman, Rob Davis, it was the worse experience I have ever gone through.I have never had a car salesman or any sale rep. raise their voice at me, ever. Mr. Davis truly showed his unprofessionalism when he told me to go to another car dealership where they don't check my credit score. I was so offended, that I have decided to take my complaint to Toyota's corporate offices. He should never sell a used car again after the experience that I had with him. Mr. Davis, I hope you learn from this horrible review that you should never treat your customers the way you treated me. I'm not just another notch on your sales board, I am a customer that trusted you to show me an experience that will make me not regret giving you my money and make me come back again. Unfortunately,you failed at doing that, so now I will never come back to this dealership ever again. More
