We came in to purchase a used car and had Phil as our salesman. He was a great help and listened to our needs. We looked at the car the night before but didn't buy it because my husband and I felt like salesman. He was a great help and listened to our needs. Originally I sent in a request through internet sales for a price on a vehicle I had my eye on. I was contacted immediately by Kelly in the internet sales department. She got me an excellent quote within a price on a vehicle I had my eye on. I was contacted immediately by Kelly in the internet sales department. She got me an excellent quote within minutes. After a week or so, I got a very soft sell follow-up followed by an invite to take a test drive. I stopped in, was introduced to a sales guy, Bill Grunert, and was on the road within 10 minutes of dropping by. I did not get any high pressure sales approach or hard sell, just was treated fairly, given a good price for my trade and whisked through financing like a breeze. Mikhail in finance closed the deal quickly and easily. Could not have been a better experience! More

The salesman who helped us was nice to start off. He allowed us as much time was needed for us to test drive the vehicles. However, when we were at his desk trying to decide if we wanted to purchase or allowed us as much time was needed for us to test drive the vehicles. However, when we were at his desk trying to decide if we wanted to purchase or not, that's when he pulled the "we have another customer interested in the vehicle" card - more than once. He seemed very annoyed by us taking long to decide and when we finally decided, we gave him the paperwork for the vehicle we were trading in and he saw the lien holder information on the title and hung his head and sighed very loud and said "this is not good, it could take a while". But then we pulled out the letter from the bank which showed the lien was taken off and he said, "oh good, good". We thought it was very strange how he reacted during the time he worked with us. Then we met with someone in finance to go over options to add onto the vehicle. He was very personable and nice (can't remember his name unfortunately). He explained the silver package would cover everything but "general maintenance work" like wiper blades, headlights, tires, etc. We decided to buy the silver package. Less than 3 weeks later, our ABS brakes were not working. They would not fix these for zero cost because the silver package doesn't cover ABS brakes (which we were not aware of when we bought the warranty). If we would have known that, we would have bought the one year newer vehicle that DID include the gold warranty since the vehicle we bought ended up being the same price as the newer one with the better coverage. This whole experience has put a bad taste in our mouth about Wilde Toyota and they have lost a husband/wife team for good - along with all of our family and friends who we have told about this. More
This was our first experience with Wilde Toyota. It was a friendly environment from sales to finance. We did not feel any pressure to buy any vehicle and Jim Blake was the salesperson who helped us. He was very friendly and helpful with providing us with Car Faxes. He was very knowledgable about the vehicles we were looking at. Jim knew his stuff!!!! The entire staff (THANKS John Ploeckelman) at Wilde was friendly, upbeat and made us feel comfortable in making a “YES” decision to buy a vehicle. We felt like we got a great value on our trade-in as well as the low vehicle price which beat all other competitors. When we went back to finance, Vicki was very professional and thorough on the required vehicle paperwork and warranties. She took care of all the paperwork, figures and getting all the signatures! Again, she was a super person and very organized! Way to go, Vicki. Wilde Toyota will be at the top of our list in future vehicle purchases. More
Service was friendly and sincere. They offered a fair price so I didn't have to haggle. I walked in and in just a couple of hours drove out with a brand new 2012 Toyota Rav4.
