I would recommend Rob Davis for anyone looking for a used Toyota car. He was friendly, straightforward and I never felt like I was getting bamboozled. Nice guy. The reason I agreed to write this review was because I actually felt like Rob was representing me rather than representing Wilde Toyota. This is a good thing. We haggled back and forth many times and Rob would take my offers back to his sales manager EVERY time. Not once did he say, "Sorry, no, we can't do that." Regardless of how ridiculous my requests may have been, Rob checked in with his sales manager on everything. That meant a lot to me. Without hesitation I recommend Rob Davis and when it is time for me to buy another Toyota I will look Rob up. On the other hand, the finance manager we dealt with was not nearly as friendly or as customer-focused. In fact, he was not customer-focused at all. He rushed us through the paperwork without explaining a single line item. He seemed annoyed with us and after everything had been signed, he left us hanging out in the front office not knowing if we needed to take any additional steps in the purchase of our Toyota or if we were free to go. This was a bit discouraging especially since we had such a good experience with Rob. The finance manager's name was John Klein and I would suggest you try and avoid him. More

Matt was exceptionally knowledgable and realistic about what we wanted in a car. We had very specific parameters and he accepted them without trying to get us to spend more money. Just purchased a 2011 Toyota Sienne. This was the third Toyota we have purchased from Wilde Toyota. It is worth the one and a half hour drive from our house. Even though there are other Toyota dealers who Toyota we have purchased from Wilde Toyota. It is worth the one and a half hour drive from our house.
