I had been car shopping for about 3 months and knew what I was looking for. Wilde Toyota had the exact car that I wanted, but I was worried about being taken advantage of as a woman shopping for a car. Chri I was looking for. I was able to discuss in a very friendly and professional manner what I needed and what would be acceptable to me. We came to a very accetpable offer and next thing I knew I was the owner of a great car with terms I was very happy with. I also worked with Jeff in finance. He was very helpful in getting me the financing I was looking for. He wsa friendly, courteous and never pushy. Both of these gentleman were very knowledgeable and informatative. We had very positive interaction with our salesperson throughout our relatively short process. We were specific in our needs and wants (knowing the specific car), not waiting to decide onsite so didn't h throughout our relatively short process. Khamsy seemed honest and knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. He answered our questions as accurately as possible and printed off information for us to review at home. Our satisfaction was obviously important to him and we felt he worked on our behalf with the pertinent individuals to make our purchase possible at a price we were willing to pay. After the purchase when I inquired of him, Khamsy provided the assistance needed in working with the parts/service departments to get an additional key and remote, that were missing with the original purchase, at a greatly reduced rate. This shows me that his commitment to customer satisfaction did not end when we walked out of the door and they had our money and that is important to me, especially with a major purchase. Overall I would rate highly our dealing with Wilde Toyota, specifically Khamsy Kapkeo and recommend them to friends and family. More
