I have had a number of experiences with Ray Walczak at Wilde Toyota, and I can truly say that he is not your typical car salesman. There is no pressure, no aggressive techniques, and no games. What I like best about him is that he'll flat out tell you if he thinks something is right for you based on your concerns and your budget, instead of trying to get you into something bigger or more expensive. He knows his stuff and will take as much as time as you need to explain everything you want to know about a vehicle, loans, you name it. I think he realizes that the best thing for himself and his reputation is to make the CUSTOMER happy, NOT just to hurry up and sell somebody a car.
