Kevin was a joy to work with he really made the experience of buying my first car a good one. Rob Davis was an excellent sales representative, he was very intent on providing the best quality service possible. Aside from the excellent service he provided in helping me with my purchase. He went out of his way, to help me, by moving all the articles in my old car to to the new one as I have a bad back. He was so helpful and kind, in fact, all the sales reps I came in contact with appeared to be anxious to help out each other, how nice to see such a pleasant working relationship between the sales personnel. I had to work with two others for a brief period when Rob was not there on two separate occasions and each of them was extremely courteous, helpful and extremely friendly. My only negative comment is that I wish the gentleman that makes the pricing decisions would have given me a bit better price on my new car, however, that being said everything else was excellent. He appeared to be a bit too arrogant for my liking. Yes, I would recommend Wilde Toyota to my friends, however, I would recommend that they take a strong negotiator with them to help them get the price they are looking for. We returned to Wilde Toyota for two reasons. The first reason was that we purchased a 1998 Camry from Wilde in August of 1998. He treated us as if he had known us for a long time. Very easy going personality. Even though he is in used car sales, he answered all of our new car sales questions, and if he did not have an answer or was unsure, he called and got us the answer. What impressed us the most, was that Kevin seemed to want us to be happy with whatever we purchased. Very polite, no pressure involved. Being in the area of the used car sales building and that area seemed busy, he never made us feel that we were holding him up from other sales. He concentrated solely on us. If he was interrupted, it was only for a short time. Kevin is an asset to your dealership, and we will certainly recommend him to our friends and families. Your sales manager and financial department were very professional also. The sales manager stopped over to congratulate us, and thank us. Little things like that mean alot to customers, who just made a major purchase. We are pleased with the total experience, and will be glad to recommend Wilde to others. We met kevin at the door of the used car dept. and he was friendly and outgoing. He asked what type of car we were looking for and what price range. When we decided on one we liked he explained its features and appointments. We asked about the flaws in the finish and he assured us they could be fixed to our satisfaction.His openess and honesty helped us to feel at ease and confidence in purchasing a car from Wilde. We drove the car and found it to be as described. When we returned to have some of the surface mars repaired, the car was fixed as promised.
