I visited Wilde Toyota with a goal of walking away with a vehicle in hand. Being a single mother of a seven month old son, I needed something that would fit my taste, use and budget. I told Jim the vehicle I liked and what I had to spend right off the bat and he happily got that keys and said take it for a spin and we can make it happen if you like it. I came back with the vehicle, told him my bottom line and he simply gave a smile and said I will go talk it over and not five minutes later I was shaking hands and signing papers to my new vehicle. I just about cryed when he brought the papers. Thank you again Jim for making my second car buying experience enjoyable, easy and all around fantastic. I've been dealing with Wilde for years. I've always had good experiences on new vehicle purchases and on service. We have three Toyotas presently, a '92, an '03 and an '07. I was searching for used grand caravans for my wife, 2005 and newer on craigslist. Rob Stoltz had the van pulled to the front and ready to look at when I came to look at it. It was exactly what I was looking for and Rob helped me get the van at price that worked for me. A few days after the purchase, on a hot day, my wife was riding in the van with the kids and the air conditioning wasn't working. I brought the van in and spoke to Doug, the used car sales manager, who was (without hesitation) stearing me to Jeff at the service garage to get scheduled for the van to get fixed. I was told that if it was not able to be fixed that same day I would be able to get a loaner car while it did get fixed. It was fixed the same day it was scheduled to be fixed. The only concern I had was the wait time of receiving our new vehicle. We arrived at 3:30 and did not get our vehicle until almost 5:30. We had to wait I felt too long for financing department.
