We werent pressured at all to buy during these crazy chip shortage, and car shortage times. We werent overcharged with extra charges and fees because of these crazy times. Jose was extremely knowledgable with numbers and specs and made it a real pleasure to be there! I highly recommend Wilkins Hyundai if your looking for a vehicle, and i even recommend Jose Rubio if you stop in.....ask for him and he will not dissapoint...5 stars and above!!! More

It was hard to believe that they gave me exactly what I asked for! We scheduled an appointment to come in. Danny, the manager, called to verify we were coming in. Sarge, our sales rep, was great at highlighting the car and later training us how to use the technology. We went in with a pre-approved loan, but the financial representative got us a better overall deal, including the 100,000 bumper to bumper warranty. As a woman, car sales people have usually treated me like a second class person. Everyone at Wilkins was great. They treated me as an intelligent person, able to understand and make decisions. They gave me options, made recommendations, and honored my final decisions. We were out the door within about 3 hours of going in. Thank all of you for making this purchase a positive experience.
