When I showed up on time, I was immediately met by a member of the sales team, Tim Albertson, as promised. We briefly discussed my needs and how cheap I am. Tim showed me some models and we went for a test drive. All good. I also met with another fellow, Scott, who was intrigued by my Chicago baseball team(s) loyalty, but said he would deal with me anyway. And he did, with excellent results! He reported and I decided. Within an hour and a half I was heading home to crack open a cold one in celebration of a great deal and a great car! Excellent job team! More

Misinformed My wife bought a 2017 Santa Fe and was told the car had apple CarPlay. When she tried to use it the next day, it didn’t work. She called and was assur My wife bought a 2017 Santa Fe and was told the car had apple CarPlay. When she tried to use it the next day, it didn’t work. She called and was assured it had it and just needed to be reinstalled. Well they weren’t in for 2 days and when she brought it in she was told it doesn’t have that feature and it was too late to return it. Everyone there was clueless and no help! Said we couldn’t return but could pay more for one on the lot that had CarPlay. What a joke. More

She was efficient in getting back to me with a timely quote with copies to Kaitlynn Hoff. After recontacting Chelsea with a request for an additional piece of equipment to be added to a vehicle in stock she put me in touch with their Sales Manager, Ed Bilo. Ed and I reached an agreement and scheduled pickup the following day. Tim Albertson handled the "Test Drive", answered all equipment questions of the Santa Fe and finalized the delivery process. Final paperwork was completed with their Finance Manager Glenn Meier. All said and done, the entire Team was a pleasure to deal with. Service is too far from where my sister lives but it may be worthwhile to travel there as their Service area/Dealership is one of the cleanest and brightest out there. Where to have Servicing will be a later decision. Satisfied with pricing (of course it could always be better, regardless of what dealer you buy from). More

Excellent experience! I brought my parents in to trade in their Lexus for a Hyundai Tucson. Our salesman, Tim Albertson greeted us instantly, and listened carefully to what our requests and expectations were. He showed us two models which were exactly what we were looking for in 2 different colors. We test drove one and decided on leasing a White "Tucson SEL Plus AWD". Quickly after that, the sales manager Scott Grodeck ran some numbers for the Tucson lease and trade in value for the Lexus. Naturally, we negotiated prices to please both parties, and Scott came to introduce himself and congratulate us on the deal. It was very busy for a Friday night and I could tell they were short staffed, but we never felt neglected or rushed in any way throughout the entire process. Last, we met with the finance manager, Glenn Meier who came out to introduce himself and walk us to his office. He clearly described "EasyCare" to us and we felt absolutely no pressure in the warranty upgrade, which we decided to purchase without much hesitation. The entire process was the least stressful we have ever felt in a car buying experience. Tim, Scott, Glenn and crew did a fantastic job handling all the customers in the store and they did not make it seem as busy as they actually were.
