I was previously told by another dealership I would not be approved for a loan, Michael didn’t give me one ounce of doubt throughout this whole process we test drove the car and had great conversation I told him a little more in depth what exactly I was looking for and we got back to the dealership and he pulled up my dream car! I thought I would be there all day and night but the process was so fast. He was so patient with me and honest I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Purchasing a new car!!!!! I just purchased a Tuscon from Wilkins Hyundai! I am very happy. My salesperson Mike Obal was fantastic. I needed to sell my late husband's truck. I I just purchased a Tuscon from Wilkins Hyundai! I am very happy. My salesperson Mike Obal was fantastic. I needed to sell my late husband's truck. I felt I could get a good return selling it myself. That was in September. Mike understood that I might need some time to make a purchase. However, he kept me up on any deals and cars that became available that fit my needs. I work in the sales industry myself and I know how trying customers can be. But Mike was patient with me everytime I called with a false alarm that I thought I sold the truck! He put me in a car that I see myself and Moll(my dog) doing some great trips and camping in:). Thank you very much for such superior service. I will definitely refer future car buyers to him and Wilkins just as I was. More
Bad Experience March 21, 2018 I bought a used vehicle and payed in cash. There were a couple issues with the vehicle, so they kept it for 2 days to fix it. Out o March 21, 2018 I bought a used vehicle and payed in cash. There were a couple issues with the vehicle, so they kept it for 2 days to fix it. Out of the 5 issues they only fixed 1, not only that but they made a big scratch on the side on my vehicle. So I complained to the sales person (Vito DiNella) and he went to talk to his manager. So the manager came outside and told my niece and I, that it was a used car and if we don’t like the way it is why did we bother coming in the first place. They told us they would give the money back and to get out of there. We were very upset because we already transferred the plates and the insurance to the vehicle. The general manager walked into the mess, and fixed it profesionally. So Vito DiNella and the general manager I would give 5 stars, but the service department and the manager which I don’t remember the name I would rate 0 stars. I hope no one has to go through that disrespect. More
Their service department seem to be slipping. I've gone to Wilkins for years but the last few times things have been getting to be less and less customer oriented. For me the last visit was the w I've gone to Wilkins for years but the last few times things have been getting to be less and less customer oriented. For me the last visit was the worst. They required an appointment for service. Pretty normal, right. But, be careful, because they don't make sure to have the parts they'll need to make the repair. I wasted approximately an hour going to and from the dealer for a scheduled appointment only to be told they ran out of the needed part. They knew when the appointment was established that the part would be needed. Unfortunately they didn't check to see if they had the required inventory on hand to meet the commitment they made. Further, wjen theu "ran out of parts", they made no effort to contact me to reschedule. What also was upsetting was their new additude. Wherein, not having the part, they felt was a reasonable excuse for blowing off the appointment....no apology needed. Service level maybe on the way down. Careful...this may be the new normal for their Service department. More
