I will start by saying I got a great lease deal on a 2025 Dodge Charger. While it was not a smooth process, I am out of state, I can not complain about the deal itself. That is the only good thing I can say about the experience buying an electric vehicle from this dealer. It has been 30 days and I am literally fighting with them about sending me the correct charger included with the vehicle purchase. Either through incompetence, arrogance or just a complete lack of understanding how the Free2Move program is supposed to work, they have made what should be a simple thing like getting a charger to actually charge my electric vehicle a cluster. After nearly a month of being told they are on back order and have no ETA, not even going to go down the rabbit hole that these are supposed to be stocked in their inventory according to the program guidelines set forth by Stellantis, I finally received my charger and it was the incorrect one. It was the 40a version and not the 48a. While this will technically work, it is approx 20% slower to charge than the 48a and that is what I want to have for my vehicle. After many discussion with everyone at the dealership I could talk to explaining this, I was told any number of just simple excuses and lies about why this is the "right" one and all they could order. So I call corporate. immediately they are lost about what this dealer is talking about and confirms it does come with the 48a charger for this car. They even send the internal documents proving this and the process the dealer is supposed to follow outlying this. I call the dealer, and no one even wants to see the docs I just got from Corporate, lol. At this point when I call I am just being sent to VM or not picked up at all. My rep, Becca, who started out great is also not responding to any texts. I have not just resorted to letting corporate deal with this dealer and getting the problem sorted. A very simple problem has turned into days and days of frustrating interaction with this dealer and I would never recommend anyone using them.... Not because they seem to be incompetent with EVs in particular( can't speak to the others cars) or completely out of touch with proper procedures handed down from the Manuf... No because of their complete and total lack of actually helping a customer fix a simple problem they created. There are other things along the way I am just tired of wasting my time even writing this. Also note my temp tag expires in 3 days and I have to get any response about my registration the last few days even though I have texted and emailed several times. I don't know the area there personally, but there has to be a better dealer to use in the area, if possible. Good luck if you don't. More
Simply put this is THE best dealership and mechanics in Virginia. I only go there for purchasing vehicles and getting work done. Five stars and if there were more stars I’d give them. He goes above and beyond and his customer service is not seen enough these days. Will is the reason I fully trust my purchases and work done here. I purchased my truck here after having a truly horrible experience with the service department at this dealership where I swore I would never purchase a jeep product again. I have avoided the service department due to my prior experiences with them until recently when I needed them to replace a cracked exhaust manifold under warranty. Here I am. In December, with an appointment for January after starting the process in August. I love the truck, purchase was fine, don't count on them after you drive away. More
I would like to say in 40 plus years of buying cars doing business with WCDJR was a pleasure. I didn't get pressure from the sales consultant. I didn't get stuck in the showroom for any length of time. After test driving the car I asked what it would take to make a deal. My sales consultant came back with a reasonable offer. I made a counteroffer which was later accepted. The finance dept was easy going and covered additional coverage without pressuring me to. I would recommend giving this dealer a try they were all professional and easy going. I give them two thumbs up from my experience. Best wishes to the everyone! More

Customer service has gone down hill in a lot of dealerships. This one in particular has a disappointing service department. Not only is the customer service not great, but I also question their int dealerships. This one in particular has a disappointing service department. Not only is the customer service not great, but I also question their integrity in doing the work requested. I brought my vehicle in for SOS button unavailable and they had it for more than half the day just to be told it was due to my subscription coming to an end. All the trucks I’ve owned with this feature never had a message like that come up.. so doing some basics google research found this (see pictures below).. it’s a shame, this Williamsburg Ram is only 5 minutes from my home and I would prefer to drive to a different dealership to get work done. Not only that, but they are a bit more expensive than other dealerships around for subpar customer service.. please be aware. More
This dealership should not have the privilege of carrying Dodge. Dodge products are fantastic, this service department is a complete joke!! We have had our back window leaking when it rains and took it in as it is under warranty. Kept the vehicle all day to determine it needed to be replaced. Told us that they would order the part but made it sound as if it would be a few days to a week. Called multiple times to get status after 1 week. 12 calls and being on hold for over 2 hours total was finally told the window was indeed ordered but it is going to take a week or two to get it in. Fast forward over 30 days...YES a full month. Four more calls and being on hold for almost an hour only to be told, they would look into it and let us know in a few hours. Five hours later no return call, called back and on hold for 22 minutes to ultimately be told that they cannot do the repair as they don't have a body shop. Service "MGR" Sean needs to go back and learn basic customer service. No regards for a customers time. Originally wrote a review and he kindly asked us to remove it as he "was going to make it right". Haha. Joke is on us!! He did NOTHING!! If you have a Dodge, RUN AWAY from this dealership!!! The complete lack of customer service and continuous lies shows there is a complete lack of integrity and morals. We were looking at purchasing a 2nd vehicle ...of course we will go with Dodge, however, we will NOT even consider this joke of a dealership. RUN!!! More
