Team Work! I arrived for my appointment and was unable to locate my service advisor for about 20 minutes. I approached another employee, Carlos, asked if he or I arrived for my appointment and was unable to locate my service advisor for about 20 minutes. I approached another employee, Carlos, asked if he or anyone knew where I might find my service advisor. He quickly stopped what he was doing and proceeded to help me. He was gracious, efficient and very professional. This TEAM work is excellent. Eventually my service advisor came back to her station and took over. Love WILLIAMSON. More
