The only reason I gave it a one star was because I had to bring my wife’s car 3 times for them to get it repaired correctly. If it wasn’t for Eric my service rep, it wouldn’t have happened. Cadillac and GMC bring my wife’s car 3 times for them to get it repaired correctly. If it wasn’t for Eric my service rep, it wouldn’t have happened. Cadillac and GMC is losing it’s mechanical quality and even the service manager gives poor excuses for vehicle problems. More
