I love Williamson Cadillac, however this last service time left me frustrated. My regular service tech, Mike McKesson is terrific but he was on days off after my initial drop off for an oil change and check up of a ABS light that kept coming on, The breaking system turned out to be a problem as my car is an older model, parts were not available to fix it completely at this time. It would of been nice if the technican would of called and offered a loaner when it was taking longer to fix. Now that Mike is back I feel more comfortable on being notified of the progress to fix my Escalade .(in fairness it is an 2004 model). I love my car and want to keep it, even when I eventually get a new cadillac, so I do want it to be safe and in good condition while I am driving my 100 yr old mother around, She can actually get up into it easily due to the running board and handle on the dash board that no other models have. So I normally give Williamson 5 star ratings and will do so again when my car is fixed. I am driving it now even tho the system balance and abs light won't go off till last part is found, hopefully soon. They told me it is safe to drive. Still makes me nervous.
