As a customer of the dealer for the past two years, I feel that this has been a bad experience. Mike misled me about coming to the dealer to bring the car, but instead, they gave me an appointment even t feel that this has been a bad experience. I had to pay for something that was not covered by the warranty because of that, but when the car broke, my warranty was still in effect. I find this to be very bothersome, and I also find the employee's lack of professionalism concerning, because he even told me to come pick up the car on two separate occasions when it wasn't ready.
