Drove down from Delray past other Cadillac dealers because we heard good things about Williamson. We picked out our car so we knew what we were getting. Sales rep was ok. Unfortunately that didn't hav because we heard good things about Williamson. We picked out our car so we knew what we were getting. Sales rep was ok. Unfortunately that didn't have the key card so she said when she gets it she'll let us know and we can come down and have it programmed..never heard from her. Finally got in touch and she said she was going to leave it with Stephanie Reyno in the service dept. We tried to get in touch with her at least 10 times and left voicemails and never once did she call back. Seriously cannot recommend this dealership to friends. Still do not have our key card. More

The reason for my visit was to get new tires for my truck. The length of time told to me was 3 hours. So I decided to wait in the waiting area.
