The associate Richard Loero that was assigned to me wasn't even there . Supposedly he was at lunch, I was told he was going to be notified but he never came out. Everyone saw me there standing and not wasn't even there . Supposedly he was at lunch, I was told he was going to be notified but he never came out. Everyone saw me there standing and nothing. Carmen Alicea was assisting a client and she asked if I had been helped I said that the associate was supposedly notified that i had arrived. But that i had been waiting and nothing. She said that once she was done with her client she would assist me. I thank her because if it wasnt for her i would've been waiting there forever. There associates there with no clients why they couldn't assist? I'm giving a good review because she has always been amazing every time I visit. More
