Customer Service terrible I took my vehicle for a recall inspection with a 6.2 engine and it took nine days to complete, during this period. I did not receive any phone calls regarding my vehicle or the sta inspection with a 6.2 engine and it took nine days to complete, during this period. I did not receive any phone calls regarding my vehicle or the status. Only time I was able to get some type of information was when I showed in person. Horrible experience, I didn’t even get a loaner or rental vehicle during this time. More

My visit/purchase seems like it was handled by someone on their 1st day of working there. Not only was the process poorly handled but I was willing to give Williamson/The Sales person another shot to Lease a their 1st day of working there. Not only was the process poorly handled but I was willing to give Williamson/The Sales person another shot to Lease a 2nd vehicle but there was no initiative to coordinate with me on the 2nd vehicle. I went to Vera Cadillac and the process was handled much better, they gave me a better price for the 2nd vehicle and they gave us free car mats. Also, they helped setup Onstar and go over other features which Williamson didn't do. So I did end up leasing 2 vehicles. 1 from Williamson and the 2nd vehicle could have been from Williamson but due to the reasons listed I went with Vera Cadillac. More
